LAND brings together nine celebrated Australian artists responding to the atmosphere of place.
Developed following a 2025 residency at The Corridor Project on Wiradjuri Country, the exhibition emerges from direct, embodied experience tracing geology, weather, memory, and cultural histories through abstraction and material experimentation. Collectively, the works extend contemporary Australian landscape painting through engaged, site-responsive practice.
Curated and presented in partnership between Cowra Regional Art Gallery and The Corridor Project.
Cassandra Hard-Lawrie, Cowra Regional Art Gallery Director & Phoebe Cowdery, Corridor Project Curator and Creative Producer.
David Collins and Charmaine Pike were included alongside Elisabeth Cummings, Kate Dorrough, Leah Thiessen, Sally Stokes, Belinda Street, and Ana Young.
