Paul Hopmeier has been making sculpture for the 49 years since leaving Art School, and has been involved in all aspects of sculpture from teaching to restoration.

Hopmeier’s work is held in public collections including Heide Museum of Art, National Gallery of Victoria, Macquarie University Sculpture Collection, Campbelltown City Bicentennial Art Gallery, Australia National University Collection, Colac Sculpture Park, Penrith Regional Gallery and the Lewers Bequest, Mildura City Art Collection, University of Technology Sydney, Woollahra Council, Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre and private collections nationally and internationally.
